Task: Create a name and logo for a boutique hotel located in Seattle, with a nature theme and an audience of food and wine connoisseur.
Solution: I decided that this boutique hotel would be a nature getaway from the city for working professionals in the Seattle area; a calm “haven” from the hustle and bustle of work and the city. For the logo, I chose green because it is a calm color that references nature. The trees, which I made in Illustrator, are a nod to the Pacific Northwest location.
